If you've ever been on this website you might notice that it has changed by a bit.
Several things have changed, and I am no longer using a full SSR framework to render some markdown files.
Instead of using Deno Fresh, I will now be using Zola
Out of reasons why there's multiple. Static site generators are incredibly simple compared to full on server side rendering js frameworks, there's less dependencies, less things can break, and hopefully, I will be less affected by vibecoding.
I could go on a rant about how much I hate modern software and etc but everyone is doing that and one thing I realized from redoing the blog is that I don't really think my opinions on things really matter that much.
I hated looking back on my previous posts because they were genuine cringe rants and I didn't see any value in them.
In addition to that, since I have decided that I will be moving away my personal stuff from GitHub, so will move the blog.
It's not final but I really like sourcehut, and I wanted to check it out.
Yeah there's Codeberg and Gitlab and stuff, but Gitlab isn't really a better alternative and Codeberg is both kinda slow and manages to go down a lot too so, yeah.
I should get myself to write more articles.. bye!!
